Our Hosted Buyer Program offers an exclusive opportunity to attend the Tasting & Tap Room Expo and Craft Beverage Expo & Conference with all registration fees covered plus a complimentary two-night stay at our host hotel, the Atlantis. Hotel room nights must be requested within the dates of the official room block and you must participate in the event both May 7th and 8th.

Qualification & Requirements
Do I Qualify?
- Tasting & Tap Room Expo applicants must be owners, operators, managers or staff at wineries, vineyards, retailers, distilleries, breweries or other adult beverage outlets that offer tastings
- Craft Beverage Expo & Conference applicants must be an independent craft beverage producer
- All applicants must be currently employed and provide their job title and the organization's website, address and phone number.
Requirements of Approved Candidates
- Tasting & Tap Room Expo applicants must be owners, operators, managers or staff at wineries, vineyards, retailers, distilleries, breweries or other adult beverage outlets that offer tastings
- Approved applicants must attend four 15 minute meetings with exhibitors per day for a total of eight meetings over two show days. More information on this will come after acceptance to the program.
Note: In the event of a no-show or that attendance requirements are not met your credit card will be charged a no show fee.
Timeline & Approvals
- Apply by March 22, 2024
- Approval is given on a rolling basis as applications are received. Applicants will receive a response no later than April 5, 2024. Entry into the program is at the full discretion of show management.
