Kriis Alyse Wilson has been in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management & Hospitality, she began her journey as a line cook working in various outlets between restaurants, and event spaces. Having a desire to learn fine dining service, she switched her focus from Back of The House to the Front of the House and began working at a private club. While there, she was properly introduced to the world of wine, and managed to secure both her WSET II and CSW certifications. Kriis’ goal has always been to seek out as many experiences as possible within the industry in hopes to share that knowledge with others. Kriis’ extensive resume also includes ventures within food writing, education, and distribution.
Kriis currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia where she is founder and CEO of the hospitality firm, The Collective Unlimited.
